The offer and sale of clothing products on the website www.jesuisvir.com are governed by the following General Terms of Sale. The products purchased on the website www.jesuisvir.com are produced and distributed by Jesuisvir di Virginia Pellegrino, with its registered office in Milan, registered with the Milan Companies Register VAT No. 13451560968.
CONCLUSION OF THE SALES CONTRACT
These general terms of sale are an integral and essential part of the sales contract with the customer. The electronic submission of the order by the customer implies full knowledge of these General Terms of Sale and their complete acceptance. If the customer disagrees with one or more of the terms contained in these General Terms of Sale, they are requested to refrain from making purchases on www.jesuisvir.com (the "Site").
To proceed with the purchase of one or more products on the Site, the customer must first register on the Site, providing Jesuisvir, in compliance with applicable personal data protection regulations, with all the necessary data to allow the latter to execute the submitted orders.
To conclude their purchase contract on the Site, the customer must transmit their order to Jesuisvir following the procedure indicated on the Site. The electronic submission of the order creates the obligation for the customer to pay the indicated price.
When the customer places an order, they will receive an email from Jesuisvir containing the order receipt confirmation and a summary of the same: this email, however, will not constitute automatic acceptance of the order itself.
Jesuisvir reserves the right to refuse orders from customers with whom there is an ongoing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
SALE PRICES
All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated within the Site include VAT and any other applicable taxes related to the sale.
The shipping and transport costs, if applicable, will be clearly indicated and displayed before the order is finalized.
The prices of the products may be subject to updates. The customer is required to verify the final sale price before submitting the related order. A clear material error in the price shown on the Site compared to the commonly known price of the chosen product entitles the seller not to confirm the shipment and to proceed with an immediate refund of the purchase value paid by the customer without the latter being able to raise objections in this regard.
DELIVERY METHODS
The seller will do their best to process orders transmitted within 5 days from the day following the acceptance of the order.
The customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to them with the order placed; only after such verification, and except for the right of withdrawal provided in the following point 7, the customer must sign the receipt documents. By filling out the registration form necessary to activate the procedure for executing this contract and the related further communications, the customer authorizes Jesuisvir to communicate their personal data (residence, phone number) to the trusted couriers and/or shippers used for the delivery of the purchased goods in order to allow the necessary delivery procedures.
PAYMENT METHODS
For the payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs, if any, the customer can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form. In no case will additional costs be charged in relation to the chosen payment method.
In the case of payment by credit card, the payment procedure will take place via a secure connection directly connected to the banking institution that owns and manages the online payment service, which Jesuisvir cannot access. In particular, financial information (e.g., the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded, via an encrypted protocol, to the banking institution providing the remote electronic payment services, without third parties being able to access it in any way. Such information will also never be used and/or stored in any format (including electronic) by Jesuisvir.
The order amount will be charged the day after the order is placed, except for the customer's right to have the amount credited back in any case of non-fulfillment by the Seller or failure to execute the contract for any reason.
The customer is solely responsible for the data entered and therefore guarantees to use only credit cards of which they have legitimate availability.
If the customer has an active credit card on the PayPal account, the system may allow saving an identification code to avoid re-entering the credentials in future payments. In this case, the data provided will be collected by Jesuisvir in an encrypted manner and transmitted to PayPal.
LIABILITY
The seller assumes no responsibility for service disruptions attributable to force majeure such as, by way of example, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed times.
